Returns

If your westframes.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, West Frames will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date unless the item is marked as final sale. Once the item(s) is received by us, in the original packaging with no damage, in new condition, we will process a refund to your original payment account within 2 business days. A Return Authorization Number is required. 

  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • A 20% restock fee will apply
  • Returns must include an RMA Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense
  • Customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must insured return item(s).
  • For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
  • Custom-made or special order items are final sale and are non-refundable.
  • Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If returns are received outside of the 30-day return window, the return will be refused & returned back to the sender.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items. These types of sales are Final Sale and are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.

Exchanges

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier.

Production Time

Our frames & mirrors are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard production time. Your order will arrive approximately 2-8 business days after orders are processed, and produced, depending on your delivery location. 

Production and Shipping Schedule


Shipping

Standard shipping is FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the size & weight of your order. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are on business days. 

Holiday Shipping: Due to high shipping volumes nationwide, order delivery may be delayed an extra 1-3 days, depending on shipping method and location.

Local Delivery. This option is only available for local delivery, based on your zip code and its proximity to our store, located in Westminster, California. Upon delivery, our delivery professionals will bring the item right to your front door. Local deliveries are typically made 5-7 days from the date of purchase between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The delivery agent will call to schedule a 4-hour window for delivery. A specific time for delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.


Shipping Locations


We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) at this time. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and apologize for any inconvenience. 

Damaged Items


It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, or defective, you must notify us via email within (2) days of receiving the merchandise. All items should be opened and inspected within (2) days of receipt. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.

Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage.  Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be considered for up to a maximum of 30 days. To initiate a damage claim, please click here.

Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:

1. A photo of the damage to your item(s) and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
2. Your order number with a brief description of the damage. 


Please keep all boxes and packaging material until your claim is resolved. West Frames will not be held liable for any repackaging fees that will incur due to original packaging being disposed of.

Restocking Fees

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a West Frames error, a restocking fee of 20% will be apply to the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

Sales Tax


West Frames, Inc. is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders to California addresses. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of California.

Cancellation Policy


To cancel an order you must call or email us within 24 hours of placing your order to process the cancellation. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed and canceled the following business day. Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by email, please contact us by clicking here.

Color Disclaimer


We make every effort to provide high-quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your item(s). However, the display of product colors depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by e-mail in order to further assist you.
