If your westframes.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, West Frames will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date, unless the item is marked as final sale. Once the item is received in the original packaging, with no damage and in new condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the return. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required.

West Frames does not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the standard returns procedure and place a new order for the preferred item(s). No restocking fees will apply for items returned in exchange for a new order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to sign for a high-value delivery, it will be considered an unauthorized return. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost may be applied. Please double-check your shipping information and be available to receive high-value orders to avoid these fees.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, usually within 5 to 7 business days of order placement.

We ship using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method (FedEx, UPS, USPS), depending on the size and weight of your order. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays. Items purchased together may not ship together.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please track your package online or with the carrier.
Frames and mirrors are made to order. Standard production time is 5–7 business days, with delivery approximately 2–8 business days after production, depending on location.
Delivery may be delayed 1–3 extra days during high-volume periods.
Available based on your ZIP code and proximity to Westminster, California. Delivery is usually 5–7 days from purchase, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM. The delivery agent will call to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. Specific times can be arranged for an additional fee.
Currently, we ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or defective, notify us via email within 14 days of receipt. Include:
Keep all boxes and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Refunds or replacements require the merchandise to be returned to our warehouse. We will not be liable for any repackaging fees if the original packaging is discarded.

Unless the product is defective or a West Frames error, a 20% restocking fee applies to the purchase price (less shipping and handling, plus applicable sales tax).
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. Orders shipped outside California are tax-free.
To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. Requests may be submitted by email or phone. Contact us here.
We make every effort to provide accurate images and measurements. However, color may vary depending on your monitor. Measurements may vary slightly from descriptions. If precise dimensions or colors are critical, please contact us via email before ordering.
