Returns Policy

If your westframes.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, West Frames will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date unless the item is marked as final sale. Once the item(s) is received by us, in the original packaging with no damage, in new condition, we will process a refund to your original payment account within 2 business days of receiving the return package. A Return Authorization Number is required. A 20% restock fee will apply.

Free Shipping in the lower 48 states on All Orders Over $99. For all orders below $99 flat shipping fee of $9.95.

Standard Ground Shipping is FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the size & weight of your order.

Our frames & mirrors are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production time. Custom orders may take longer. Your order will arrive approximately 2-8 business days after orders are processed, and produced, depending on your delivery location.
